- Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis

- All fees are in US dollars
- You may cancel at any time
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial months except as required by law
5.3 Free Trial
- Free trial available with no credit card required
- Trial provides full access to all features
- Trial converts to paid subscription only with explicit consent
6. User Responsibilities
By using ECHO, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
